Simon P.Sebina Kibira holds a Master of Science Degree in Reproductive Health from Makerere University. He is a Disaster Resilient Leadership Fellow (a fellowship from the Disaster Leadrship Academy and Tulane University, USA). He is also a specialist in Qualitative research methodologies, risk assessments, reproductive health research and pedagogicla skills. Simon lectures at Makerere University in Uganda and is a researcher. He also worked with the National Statistical office in Uganda (Uganda Bureau of Statistics) as a statistician Simon has published articles and reports various areas in Journals and is a peer reviewer for several journals such as the African Journal of Drugs and Alcohol Studies.
