Given the pages and happenings surrounding the Cape Town signing this month, I thought it might be a good idea to create a subcategory for Cape Town pages under the OER category, given Jesse's suggestions for a category hierarchy (see proposed style guideline "All pages categorized". I've done so and revised this template replacing OER with the new Cape Town Open Education Declaration category, although I can see the wisdom of having users in the OER category.
Thoughts?
