Ingredients
- 100g snow peas
- 1 can sliced beetroot
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- 1 capsicum, cut into strips
- 1/2 c of feta dressing
- 50g crumbled feta
- 2 tbsp pine nuts, toasted
Method
- Blanch snow peas for 1 minute
- Mix everything together!
- Enjoy.
